Empowered schoolgirls at a menstrual health education workshop

Empowering underprivileged girls across Nigeria and beyond

Through menstrual health education, dignity, and support.

Our Mission & Vision

Mission

We empower underprivileged girls in Nigeria and beyond by promoting education, access, and support in female puberty, personal hygiene, and holistic wellbeing. Through advocacy, education, and community-based programmes, we create lasting change in young lives.

Our comprehensive approach addresses the multifaceted challenges girls face during puberty, ensuring they have the knowledge, resources, and confidence to navigate this crucial period of their development.

Vision

We envision a world where every girl grows with confidence, dignity, and access to the resources and education needed to thrive through every stage of puberty.

This vision drives our commitment to breaking down barriers that prevent girls from reaching their full potential, creating communities where menstrual health is discussed openly and supportively.

Millions of girls across Africa face a devastating reality: the natural process of menstruation becomes a barrier to education, dignity, and opportunity. Without access to proper menstrual hygiene products, education, and supportive environments, girls are forced to miss school, use unsafe alternatives, or face social stigma.

This crisis perpetuates cycles of poverty, limits educational achievement, and undermines girls' confidence and wellbeing. The consequences extend far beyond individual lives, affecting entire communities and economies. We believe this is unacceptable and entirely preventable.
